I don’t know if it would be fraud…
But surely I can just work with the money going into my bank & then I simply draw it out as if I have expenditure…
Please can somebody tell me a way I can work with it not affecting the debt relief order…

Actually you can increase your income but your *disposable* income must not exceed £50 a month!
There is NO stipulation you cannot work either during a DRO or bankruptcy it’s just they will look at how much money you have left over after everything else is paid.
There are people who are bankrupt or have DRO and already work! DRO are targeted at those with low income or no income. It is NOT just for those with no income!
If you suddenly had a child, your expenditure would go up and therefore need more income to cover costs.
Before doing anything or listening to those on yahoo (no offence to the two answers here, BUT there can be a lot of incorrect info about, myths and down right stupid facts on here)
You need legal advise not internet forum adviced.
You can contact the insolvency service to ask about this stuff!

No, I’m afraid you can’t, my daughter is in the process of setting one up at the moment, she’s in her second year of uni and is not going to be able to work now till she finishes.
The debt relief order is based on an assessment of your current income and outgoings, so you can’t increase your income.

No, you cant…if you do the debt relief agreement becomes void…and you’d need to pay your debts out of your earnings or go bankrupt.
