Are There Debt Relief Grants?

I am 21 years old and have accumulated quite a bit of debt because I was stupid when I was younger. I have heard that there were such things as Debt Relief Grants. Are these fictional or real. And if so where can I find them?

But you can try and reduce your interest rates, see http://www.esuperfind.com/lowermybills.phpp?id=hra0tt16koo9 the affiliated site is an Experian company BBB approved so very safe.
They might or they might not have you on. It depends on many factors and how big the debt is.

Not real…no one is going to give you free money to get out of debt. Unless you are a bank of course in which you get billions and the CEO’s get millions for losing money.

  4. Marek Says:

    Thanks for the laugh.
Unfortunately there is no such thing.
You will see many things on the internet telling you that grants are available for paying your bills.
They will ask for money to purchase something or for application fees.
Then you will get nothing in return.

Go to your bookstore or library.
There are great books in the finance section that teach you how to negotiate, haggle, reduce interest, and even settle.
Look for books on debt / credit repair.

If you are in serious trouble, contact NFCC.org
It’s a governement agency (no cost to you), that will help you.
Go online, and make an appointment with your local office today.
Remmeber – there is no charge for this – if you hit the wrong site by mistake and they want money – run, and run away fast.
